Terms & Access Agreement
This policy protects BMWVetGroup tools, data, member access, and service availability. Creating an account requires acceptance of these terms.
Authorized Use
BMWVetGroup access is provided for the registered member's authorized use. Account credentials, subscriptions, trials, and tool access may not be resold, transferred, shared, or used to provide unauthorized access to another person.
No Scraping, Harvesting, Poaching, or Redistribution
Members may not use automated or manual methods to scrape, harvest, poach, mirror, bulk-copy, systematically extract, reproduce, republish, or redistribute BMWVetGroup site content, lookup data, databases, result sets, or other protected service content.
No Access-Control Bypass
Members may not bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, subscriptions, trials, entitlements, rate limits, session controls, technical restrictions, or other protections intended to control access to BMWVetGroup services.
Enforcement
A first confirmed violation of the anti-scraping, access-sharing, redistribution, or bypass rules may result in a 48-hour account suspension. A second confirmed violation may result in permanent account termination. BMWVetGroup may take immediate action where necessary to protect the service, data, members, or infrastructure from active abuse.
Independent Service / No Affiliation
BMWVetGroup is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or operated by BMW AG, BMW Group, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliated companies. Product names, marks, and trademarks referenced through the service remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptance
By checking the agreement box during registration and creating an account, the member confirms acceptance of this Terms & Access Agreement. BMWVetGroup records the agreement version, acceptance time, and originating network address for account-security and compliance purposes.
